All the major
companies have already announced smartwatches, with all except Sony’s sporting
Android Wear, and only HTC has been left out of the party. At least, so far.
A newly leaked
alleged HTC Android Wear Watch prototype suggests the Taiwanese company has
plans to join the watch race, and judging by how final the product looks like,
it seems it’ll do it pretty soon.
Reports are
saying that while the hardware you see here is %100 like the final product, the
Android-Wear-Sense-UI featured here is of course fake, since Google declared it
doesn’t allow companies to customize the watch like they do on smartphones.
The look of
the watch might disappoint some, since it was expected to sport the same
stylish, circular look as the Moto 360 (as people expected from the company
which released the handsome HTC One), but it seems they settled for a
more-traditional square watch face.
Pricing is
rumored to be around the $200 range, and as far as availability and specs go,
you’ll have to wait until we either get more rumors, or the company officially
announced. What do you think of the new watch, like it?
