The past-muchly-anticipated, now starting to get-old-how-long-it-takes-to-get-to-US,
seems like it is finally migrating over to the United States.
While Sony took anything but forever to get the phone for sale here,
and made it available already in half of the world, now it’s finally coming
here, and the US customers who don’t feel like ordering from the East can get
their hands on the handset.
All the original anticipation is pretty much gone at this stage,
but we’re still left with an excellent phone, with a premium design and almost
un-shatter-able display, which could very well compete with the newer Galaxy S5
and LG G3.
It is now listed as for-sale on the official Sony website, and is officially listed at $699.99, a slight drop from the usual $749.99.
For those who already forgot, the Xperia Z2 features a 5’
1920x1080 display, housing a 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 801 paired with 3 GB of RAM,
offering 16 GB of storage with microSD support, all being run by Android
KitKat.
While the phone might be from February, the specs are very actual,
and whoever is looking for a great phone and is debating between this and other
flagships can definitely think of this as a worthy contestant for his pocket.
Although, as a personal tip, I would say the Z3 is imminent, and you might wait for its launch so the price drops. For the link to the website listing, click here.
