Well, that was bound to happen wasn't it? Popular dating app
Tinder, with its tens of millions of addicted users, has now
officially been ported
to the Android Wear platform, which means that now anyone with an Android Wear device is able to pick up dates straight from
your watch.
Now, how on earth would that work you ask? Well, actually
quite simply. You swipe right or left in order to like or dislike a profile,
and you can view basic profile info, and get notifications via the Wear app.
Now, why on Earth would anyone actually want to Tinder straight from his watch?
Now that’s an entirely different question.
For those who aren’t familiar with it, Tinder is a popular
dating app, the worth of which is is evaluated at $500 million. The app finds matches based on your location, using GPS services. It
connects to your Facebook profile to get basic information about you and etc.,
and is said to have over 10 million active users, so you’re always bound to
find someone in your area.
If you already managed to get your hands on an Android Wear
watch, and you happen to be a daily Tinder user, it’s available for download on
the Wear store. Try it out!
