It sports a 5.3' 720p display, housing a 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400, 1GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory and 8 MP camera, all powered by a 2,500 mAh battery and running Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
While this specs are definitely not the best in the market, this device is aimed at the mid-range. Nonetheless, price of the equivalent of $420 isn't going to help it win the customers' heart, since that's much higher than the usual.
To sweeten the pill, Sony added a SWR-10 Smart band and a premium case worth $150 combined. The phone is also available on Flipkart for 1,000 Rs. less, which translates to around $404. The phone will have a tough competition with the better-speced HTC Desire 816, which costs around the same.
Sony will launch the phone in India in the upcoming weeks. Interested in picking it up?
