The camera will be a 16 MP OIS back-shooter supporting 4K videos. The phone will be running KitKat 4.4.2 based Wave UI 2.0, and will have dual-SIM support. The handset will be available in Titanium, Gold and Black. It should be available in stores around September, but that's only in China.
